Reflective Writing

 

              I was assigned to write a reflective writing about the group assignment that i just finish. The group assignment that i was assigned to is to form a group of 5 group members to create a business plan. I never study anything about business in my secondary school life so business is a whole new subject to me. I was worried i dont know what to do at the beginning but luckily there is my groupmate there to help me. As usual, we like to take things for granted, the lecturer gave us almost a month time to complete the group assignment but we wait until the last minute to start with the work. Group assignment is a very good way to test our teamwork among your group. And throughout the whole assignment, i can see that how good is the teamwork of me and my group have shown to complete this assignment.

 

            Our business plan that we plan is to build a brand new high class hotel. During the process, i have to search for a lot of information to do the assignment. i realise that it is not easy when it comes to finding information. Google maybe useful but sometimes we jsut cant find the information that we need. But luckily with the help of my friends, i finally done my part with research and found everything that i need. Group assignment is not as easy as it looks. having groupmate is also one of the easiest way to start an argument. This is because everyone have their own opinion. Me and my group member alsp have a little bit of argument during the disscusion but luckily we manage to solve everything so that no more argument is needed.

 

          We stayed at school until late night to finish the business plan. We have brainstorm session to think of all the ideas to put it into the business plan.There is always on member in the group who will just do nothing and wait for the work to be done. All of us get fed up with him, and we decided to not do the business plan until he would start to do his part of the job. Finally, before time ran out, he actually volunteer himself to finish up the work, so all of us start working together and complete the business plan nicely. At the end, we manage to finish up the business nicely and the better part is we manage to finish the work  before the due date
